We do not offer custom engraving services upon request, except on special occasions promoted by the company.
Warranty, returns and refunds: what do I need to know?
All our timepieces come with a generous 5-year warranty ("the Fathers Promise"), which covers manufacturing defects and mechanical malfunctions for 5 years from the date of purchase. It does not cover accidental damage, improper use, normal wear and tear, theft, or unauthorized repairs. If needed, our Pick-up & Return service arranges for collection, technical inspection, and re-delivery.
Returns are free and possible within 30 days of delivery, provided the watch is in original condition; refunds are issued within 7 days of inspection.

Each Fathers watch is accompanied by a unique identification number and a certificate of authenticity .
