What does the Fathers Warranty include?
The Fathers warranty covers any manufacturing defects and problems related to the correct functioning of the movement.
Includes:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Movement malfunctions.
- Mechanical adjustment issues.
- Assembly defects.
- Water resistance within specifications, if the defect is not due to improper use.
- Collection, inspection, service, and redelivery.
Does not cover:
- Damage from impact, drops, or accidents.
- Improper use of the product.
- Water damage beyond stated limits or incorrect use of the crown/buttons.
- Normal wear and tear: scratches, straps, cosmetic deterioration.
- Theft or loss.
- Interventions or tampering by unauthorized parties.
